Partnership for Success
To facilitate the partnership between Systematic Manpower Contractor and foreign employers, documentation is important. While we will process all papers, clients have to complete formalities laid down by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India.

Procedure and Papers
Firstly, foreign employers must appoint an authorized agency as their lawful attorney and sole recruiting agent in India.

Secondly, foreign employers have to complete Visa requirement and submit :

  1. Visa Slip; (Payment slip original)
  2. Photocopy of Commercial Registration Certificate of Employer's Company;
  3. Letter of Authority (on Company's Letterhead) to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the local Chamber of Commerce.

Thirdly, to complete Emigration Formalities, foreign employers have to submit :

  1. Power of Attorney;
  2. Letter of Demand;
  3. Employment Agreements;
  4. Visa Slip.

All the above documents have to be attested by the Indian Embassy.
